Report abuse or copyright concerns

OakDrop is for sharing event photos with people you trust. OakDrop's operator personally reviews reports sent to [email protected].

Urgent safety concerns

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. For suspected child sexual exploitation or child sexual abuse material, do not download, forward, or investigate the image yourself. Send the album link/code and a short description to us with the subject Urgent safety report; you may also report directly to NCMEC’s CyberTipline.

What to send

Copyright / DMCA notices

OakDrop's designated DMCA agent is:

Dominic Frisch
OakDrop
453 Winterbluff Drive
Fenton, MO 63026
Phone: 618-979-2089
Email: [email protected]

For a copyright complaint, use the subject DMCA notice and include: your contact information; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact OakDrop URL(s); a good-faith statement; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature. We review valid notices and may remove or disable access to material while we investigate.

Counter notices

If your material was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, email the designated agent with the subject DMCA counter notice. Include: your name, address, telephone number, and email address; the material and its former OakDrop URL or location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was due to mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any district where OakDrop may be found); a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent; and your physical or electronic signature.

We may forward a valid counter notice to the original claimant. Where applicable, we may restore material after the statutory waiting period unless we receive notice that the claimant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity.

What happens next

We review valid notices, and content may be removed or disabled while we investigate. We log the report, restrict access when appropriate, preserve records where legally required, and respond through the reporting email. Repeat or serious infringement or other violations can lead to content removal, album removal, or account suspension or termination under our Terms. Counter notices are handled according to applicable law, as described above.
